Our Custom Denim Process
At IK Denim (Sialkot, Pakistan), we specialize in delivering premium custom denim products including jeans, jackets, shirts, and shorts for private label, OEM, and ODM buyers worldwide. To ensure your order meets your exact specifications, we follow a structured, transparent process where your input drives every step.
Step 1: Instructions & Order Summary
Share your denim design, tech pack, wash preferences, trims, and customization ideas. Our team prepares a detailed order summary highlighting fabric choices, trims, hardware, and washes. This usually takes 1–2 business days, and we’ll reach out for any clarification to ensure alignment.
Step 2: Sampling Process
For first-time orders or highly customized designs, we recommend producing a sample. Once you approve the order summary, we craft a sample based on your specifications. You can receive it physically or via high-resolution images, depending on your preference.
Key elements reviewed during sampling include:
- Denim fabric, color, and weight
- Wash, fading, and distress effects
- Trims, hardware, buttons, rivets, and labels
- Fit, pattern accuracy, and sewing styles
Your feedback ensures that bulk production exactly matches your private label or OEM/ODM expectations.
Step 3: Order Review & Approval
We review the order summary with you via call or email. It’s best to review on a computer with our denim consultant to discuss adjustments. Any changes are updated in real-time. Once you provide final approval, production officially begins.
Step 4: Bulk Production
After sample approval, our in-house production team handles bulk manufacturing, following your approved sample as the reference. This includes cutting, stitching, washing, finishing, trims, labels, and quality inspection.
Production duration depends on your order quantity and agreed timeline, but our streamlined process ensures efficiency without compromising quality.
