Welcome to IK Denim! Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing any custom denim order. By working with us, you agree to the following policies, ensuring a smooth and transparent process for all parties.
1. Payment Terms
- For samples or small orders, full payment in advance is required.
- For bulk orders, 50% advance payment is required and the remaining 50% before shipment once goods are ready.
- Payments are accepted via official bank transfer (details provided upon request) or an Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
2. Company Policy
- All prices are quoted on an FOB (Free on Board) basis. Customers handle freight and shipping after goods leave our facility.
- For CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) pricing, costs are included up to the destination port.
- Samples are not shipped free of cost per company policy.
- Average production time is 10โ15 business days, with exact timelines confirmed at order approval.
- We use reliable international couriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS for shipments under 70kg for fast and secure delivery.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- All shipments are carefully packed and inspected before dispatch.
- Delivery timelines depend on order size, complexity, and courier service.
- Tracking details will be provided once your order is shipped.
4. Damages or Defects
- If products are damaged or defective during shipment, we will replace them in your next order (shipping cost excluded).
- Provide evidence such as photos or videos within 7 days of receipt to claim replacement.
5. Order Cancellation & Price Adjustment
- IK Denim reserves the right to cancel or request a price adjustment in case of extreme market fluctuations.
- Once an order is confirmed and payment received, the agreed price remains fixed.
6. Intellectual Property
- All client-provided designs, logos, and artwork remain their intellectual property and are used solely for production purposes.
- IK Denim does not share, reproduce, or sell client designs without written permission.
7. Returns & Refunds
- As all orders are made-to-order and fully customized, returns and refunds do not apply unless a genuine quality or production defect is identified.
- Our 100% Quality Guarantee ensures every order matches the approved sample before bulk production.
